What we collect

When you send a request we collect what you enter: name, phone, email if you give it, city or ZIP, and details about your project. We also record the page you sent it from, the page you first landed on, the referring site and campaign tags (UTM parameters). When you call, the call may be routed and recorded by our call-tracking provider. Like most sites, we collect basic usage data through cookies and analytics tools.

How we use it

We use your information to pass your request to an independent retaining wall contractor serving your area, who may contact you about your project. Contractors may pay us for project requests or for use of this website. We send your request only to contractors who may do your project, and we don’t sell or give your information to anyone for unrelated marketing.

Service providers

We use a form-processing service to receive requests, a call-tracking provider for calls, website hosting, and analytics tools (such as Google Analytics or Tag Manager). They process data for us under their own terms. Analytics events on this site do not include your name, phone number, email, address or message.

Your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, call (925) 231-9043 or send a request through the contact page. California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA; we honor verified requests.

Retention and security

We keep request records as long as needed to handle your request and for normal business records, and use reasonable safeguards to protect them. No website can promise perfect security.

Children

This site is for adults planning work on their property and isn’t directed at children.
